Founded in 1984, the business started its operations along Caballeros, Manila as a trading company for quality Japanese bearings. In 1989, it opened its retail store along CM Recto Avenue with the purpose of catering to greater demand for replacement spare parts. Later, it entered into a great partnership to be an authorized distributor of Koyo Brand Ball & Roller Bearings and related products in the Philippines.
